Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order

How quickly will my order be posted?

I know you will be just as excited to receive your order as I will be to post it! I am a one band band but 90% of orders are posted next working day. Unless chosen or stated otherwise (In busy periods).

Once my order has been dispatched how long will it take to arrive?

Once your order has left me it will usually arrive within 1-2 days (Mon-Sat, excludes Sundays). On checkout if order is under £120 you have the option to select Royal Mail First Class Signed for or Second Class Signed for.

During the Coronavirus outbreak some Royal Mail areas are experiencing delays of a few days, whilst others are operating as normal. Please get in touch if there is a delay in your order arriving after dispatch and we will look into it for you.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

If you would like to change anything on your order after it has been placed, please email me ASAP on trade@jenwinnettart.co.uk and If it has yet to be dispatched I can make the changes for you

I need my order to arrive by a certain date- what should I do?

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date eg: because you will be working away or to arrive as a gift for a special occasion then please get in touch with us at the time of ordering (trade@jenwinnettart.co.uk) and we will be more than happy to work out with you the best date for us to dispatch your order.

Which areas in the UK do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping throughout the UK using the Post Office or Parcelforce as our carrier.

Areas covered include the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

Are you able to to ship to Jersey and Guernsey (the Channel Islands)?

Yes we can- but small additional shipping charges may be required which we can quickly provide a quote for. Please get in touch with us directly by email on trade@jenwinnettart.co.uk so we can arrange delivery to these areas

What Shall I Do If I Want to Return or Exchange an Item?

Damages, discrepancies & returns can be notified within 2 days of receiving goods by e-mail to trade@jenwinnettart.co.uk, give your order code number, name, address, description of the product and reason of returning.

Returns of items due to dislike or personal choice are due back to me within 14 days of arriving with you. Items must return back to me in the condition I sent out. Postage costs lie with you, please choose a tracked service. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order.

I ensure when products leave me they are in perfect condition. I take care to package in eco friendly materials. But in the case of damage in transit, please send a photo of the fault and if you are returning the defected item, kindly make sure they sent back within 14 days of receiving.

What shall I do if I my order never arrives

Due to COVID please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. If after this time it is still missing please email me on trade@jenwinnettart.co.uk and I will see what I can do

How can I view product prices?

You need to apply for a trade account o view prices. Click
HERE to do so. Fill in the short form and once I have checked your details you will receive an email to set up a password so you can view prices

I don't see any VAT - Are you VAT registered?

I am currently not VAT registered but I expect this to change by January 2022

Are your Photographs Available to Use?

For promotion of my products in your shop I do allow my product photos to be used but please do email trade@jenwinnettart.co.uk to ask my permission first. Please note all copyright and rights still lie with me as the artist and any breach of this copyright will be followed up

What are your payment options?

For new trade account holders the first 5 orders must be paid for upfront on this website. Debit, Credit and Paypal pay in 3 options available. This is my prefered payment option. However, if you are an existing customer and you would like the order to be on account (payment to be made in 30 days) please email me t trade@jenwinnettart.co.uk and I will decide if this is possible. Please note any delay in account payments after 30 days do incur interest payable at the standard rate.

Where are you based?

I am based just outside of Cirencester, Gloscestershire

How are your products made? Where do they come from

In line with one of my main values of supporting other independent UK business's my products are sourced from various supplies all over the UK. My Eco Cards are made in West Sussex, My Art Prints are made here in Cirecester, My Eco Bags are printed in a Fairtrade certified factory in Sheffield and my home and glassware is printed by Olly in Dorset.
